Copyright

All artworks, images, and content featured on this website are the exclusive property of Henza Taj and are protected by international copyright laws. No artwork may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent from the artist.

Henza Taj retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, publish, and exhibit the work, even after the original has been sold. Purchasers and visitors do not acquire any rights to the artwork beyond personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed through our approved payment gateways. Unauthorised payment methods are not accepted. 

Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch Time: Our fine art prints orders will be dispatched approximately 2 weeks after the order being placed. However, please note that during peak periods or high-volume times, there may be slight delays in processing. 

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. The carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on factors such as destination and shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's journey until it reaches you. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in packaging our artwork securely, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept refunds or returns based on change of mind.

Refunds are provided in the original payment form, subject to our verification of the returned product’s condition.  

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, and logos, is our intellectual property. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
